I am highly motivated and I can see my gains on my body now, even when I'm not working out. Since December 1st I have gained 4 kilo and I am pretty sure it's in lean muscle mass following my diet plan and workouts. I am starting do feel and listening more to my body since I have - at this point after two month, learned a lot about my body at this stage. If I feel too sore and tired in my legs, I may wait another day for the leg workout, even though it was scheduled. If I am feeling fresh and ready in my upper body, then I maybe do my upper body workout on the leg day instead.
With that said I still believe I should follow my structured workout plan, but with the option to rotate days after listening to what my body is telling me.
How not to stress out over your busy schedule
In order to also have time for my workouts and my girlfriend I have to plan some of my time. Naturally I am not a structured person but I need to plan some of my time. If not I am planning my time, I don't have control of my life and I am getting stressed. My best tip for not getting stressed is simply to plan you week. When planning your week, make sure to put in time for all the fun and some time to rotate your working hours. Don't stress about the stuff you cannot make today, when you can sleep early I be ready to do it tomorrow. Getting a good rest while you sleep without being stressed is extremely important in the long run if you want to grow muscles.
